QuinnPro Travel

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between QuinnPro Travel, operated by Janet Quinn (“QuinnPro Travel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and you, the traveler or purchaser (“you,” “your,” or “Client”). By requesting planning services or booking travel through QuinnPro Travel, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

QuinnPro Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and ground transportation providers (“Suppliers”). QuinnPro Travel does not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and is not the direct provider of travel services. These Terms include important limitations of liability and other provisions that affect your rights.

Use of Services and Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and make travel arrangements for yourself and others in your travel party. You agree to assume full financial responsibility for all bookings made through QuinnPro Travel.

You represent that all information you provide, including traveler names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact information, is accurate and complete. You agree to make only legitimate reservations and acknowledge that fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings are prohibited.

QuinnPro Travel serves as a booking agent only for the Suppliers listed in your itinerary. Each Supplier maintains its own terms, conditions, and policies, which you agree to accept when you book through us. QuinnPro Travel is not responsible for services arranged independently outside of our agency and cannot provide support for bookings not made through QuinnPro Travel.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information responsibly. Client data is shared only with Suppliers as necessary to complete travel arrangements.

Ownership of Content and Planning Materials

All itineraries, proposals, documents, and planning materials prepared by QuinnPro Travel are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of QuinnPro Travel. These materials are provided for your personal review and use as part of our planning services and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for independent booking without our written consent.

Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

All travel arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by the applicable Supplier. Deposits are required to secure reservations, and final payment deadlines are determined by Supplier policies.

You authorize QuinnPro Travel to process payments on your behalf once a credit card authorization is provided. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of funds. Refunds are governed strictly by Supplier policies and may not be available once a booking is confirmed.

All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to jquinn@quinnprotravel.com. Cancellation penalties imposed by Suppliers and any applicable agency fees will apply. QuinnPro Travel reserves the right to charge a cancellation or administrative fee, particularly for bookings made without travel insurance.

Chargebacks initiated to avoid agreed-upon Supplier or agency terms are prohibited. In the event of a chargeback, QuinnPro Travel reserves the right to recover associated costs, including administrative and legal expenses.

Identification and Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and required travel documents. Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Entry requirements vary by destination and are subject to change without notice.

QuinnPro Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusals, or trip losses resulting from insufficient or incorrect documentation. Upon receipt of travel documents, clients must review all details immediately and notify QuinnPro Travel of any errors within 24 hours.

Air Travel

Airline tickets constitute a contract between you and the airline. QuinnPro Travel does not control airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, seating assignments, baggage policies, fare rules, or airline service disruptions.

Airlines may change schedules or aircraft at any time. Seat assignments and frequent flyer benefits are not guaranteed, even if previously confirmed.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Unless explicitly stated, insurance is not included in your itinerary cost. By declining insurance, you acknowledge that cancellation penalties and non-refundable expenses may apply.

QuinnPro Travel is not an insurance provider and cannot evaluate coverage adequacy. Clients are responsible for reviewing policy details and understanding exclusions.

Risk Acknowledgment and Safety

Travel may involve risks, including those related to health, safety, weather, political conditions, and infrastructure. Clients are encouraged to review government advisories and enroll in the U.S. State Department’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).

By booking travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and agree that QuinnPro Travel is not liable for losses resulting from conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

QuinnPro Travel is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of Suppliers. Suppliers are independent contractors responsible for delivering travel services.

QuinnPro Travel shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Refunds, if any, are subject solely to Supplier discretion.

Disclaimers

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Governing Law and Modifications

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. QuinnPro Travel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
