Janet, at QuinnPro Travel, went above and beyond to help coordinate our fairytale wedding at Secrets St. Martin Resort & Spa in beautiful Saint-Martin. Two years in the making, due to COVID-19 throwing a few wrenches (or hammers) in the mix, Janet handled it like a pro. What was supposed to be a group of 100+ in October 2020 pared down to approximately 60 for our October 2021 date. I can only imagine the work involved with just that portion. Her knowledge of the travel industry and high level of customer service speaks volumes. She was quick to respond to call/emails/texts (almost anytime of the day or night). She gracefully handled last-minute requests, vendor negotiations, and 'difficult' / 'complicated' guests professionally, always doing what she could to make things right. She worked closely with the Sales Director, General Manager, on-site wedding planner, and the entire team at the resort to ensure every single part of our special day (err...week) worked like a well-oiled machine. Janet is absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job planning our trip to Europe. She made our booking extremely easy every step of the way. Everything was thoroughly laid out, she answered all of our questions and was very detail oriented. She helped my husband and I with flights, hotels and even made some wonderful recommendations. She gave us a lot of good insight and tips which we found so helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were all set for our trip to Europe. anet was amazing in helping us plan our cruise. I was a total pain with lots of questions and she answered all of them right away. She sent reminders on things we needed to do before hand. She was even there for us when we had issues traveling on our first day. She helped us every step of the way. When we returned, we were due a refund from the airlines. I had taken care of that however the airlines sent refund back to the cruise line. Janet took the time to investigate and was able to get our refund back. Thanks Janet your you help in the best anniversary trip ever.

I loved working with Janet ! She is extremely helpful, friendly and patient. We had booked a Mediterranean cruise for March 2020 which was cancelled, then rescheduled twice by us. Janet was a huge help and had to put in so much extra work on our cruise. She was always upbeat and a pleasure to work with. She is always available for help, even while you’re on the trip.
