Travel Planning Services Agreement

QuinnPro Travel

This Travel Planning Services Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the scope of planning services provided by QuinnPro Travel, operated by Janet Quinn (“QuinnPro Travel,” “we,” or “us”), and the client (“Client,” “you”).

Scope of Planning Services

QuinnPro Travel provides professional travel planning services, which may include itinerary design, destination research, supplier recommendations, pricing estimates, and trip customization based on information provided by the Client. Planning services are consultative in nature and may be provided prior to booking travel.

Planning Fee

A planning fee may apply depending on the complexity, length, or customization of the itinerary. Any applicable planning fee will be disclosed in advance. Planning fees compensate QuinnPro Travel for professional time and expertise and are non-refundable. If disclosed in writing, planning fees may be credited toward the final booking.

Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All itineraries, proposals, research, documents, and planning materials created by QuinnPro Travel are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of QuinnPro Travel. These materials are provided for Client review and collaboration only.

The Client agrees not to copy, share, distribute, or use planning materials as a guide for independent booking or for use with another travel provider. If the Client chooses not to proceed with booking through QuinnPro Travel, all planning materials remain the property of QuinnPro Travel and may not be used beyond personal review.

Booking and Supplier Relationships

QuinnPro Travel acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and transportation providers. QuinnPro Travel does not own or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Each supplier maintains its own terms and conditions, including payment, cancellation, and refund policies. By booking travel through QuinnPro Travel, the Client agrees to be bound by the supplier’s terms.

Pricing and Availability

All pricing provided during the planning phase is subject to availability and change until a deposit is made and confirmed by the supplier. QuinnPro Travel cannot guarantee pricing, promotions, availability, or space until booking is completed.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate traveler information, reviewing all documents upon receipt, and meeting all payment deadlines. QuinnPro Travel is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

Travel Insurance

QuinnPro Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated. Declining insurance may result in financial loss in the event of cancellation, delay, or interruption.

Limitation of Liability

QuinnPro Travel is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by suppliers or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, labor disputes, health events, or government actions.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Planning fees, if applicable, remain non-refundable. Termination does not grant the Client rights to use planning materials for independent booking.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Acceptance of Agreement

By engaging QuinnPro Travel for planning services, requesting itinerary development, or paying a planning fee, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Planning Services Agreement.
